Biography
Philipp Grötschel is a research assistant and PhD student at the Chair of Management Accounting and Control at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. His research interests lie in the areas of tournament and incentive systems, as well as promotions in the context of management accounting.
His career highlights include working as a bank clerk, as a student assistant and tutor at the Chair of Business Administration XII – Controlling, and as a tutor at the Chair of Technical Mechanics and Fluid Mechanics at the University of Bayreuth. He also spent a semester abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering at the University of Bayreuth.
