Biography
Maximilian Golsong is research assistant and PhD candidate at the Chair of Management Accounting and Control at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. His research focuses on M&A, strategic and operational controlling, and value-based corporate management. He also serves as the person in charge for the “M&A” working group of the Schmalenbach Society for Business Administration.
He has gained practical and research experience in corporate finance and M&A through positions at leading auditing and consulting firms as well as international industrial companies. Maximilian Golsong completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Bayreuth and his master’s degree at Nova School of Business and Economics, specializing in corporate finance.
