Biography
Jonas Fries is a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Chair of Management Accounting and Control at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. His research interests lie in the areas of subjective performance evaluation, work flexibility, and social-psychological phenomena in the workplace.
He has gained practical and research experience in areas such as economic analysis, M&A, and project controlling. His career has included positions at banks, management consulting firms, and in the energy sector. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth.
