„Trends and challenges for corporate disclosures“: Kickoff round 15 in seminar cooperation with Dr. Ralf P. Thomas (CFO of SIEMENS AG)
We proudly announce the start of round 15 of the cooperation seminar between the Chair of Accounting and Management Control (Prof. Dr. Thomas M. Fischer) and Dr. Ralf P. Thomas, CFO of SIEMENS AG. The focus of our „Challenges in Business Management“ (CBM) seminar in winter term 2018/19 is on „Trends and challenges for corporate disclosures – Reporting landscape 4.0″.
Interested master students with skills in Finance, Accounting and Management Control attended the kickoff-meeting, which took place on October 26, 2018. Prof. Fischer welcomed Dr. Thomas and the student participants, and introduced the goals and the structure of the cooperation seminar. Subsequently, Dr. Thomas presented the state-of-the-art of the focus topic and provided valuable insights of corresponding developments at Siemens.
